Need a refund? Ok, here's how it works:
Certificate Not Submitted to the Court: If we haven't submitted your certificate to the court, you can get a full refund anytime. You don't even need a reason. Please just give us a call and let us know you want a refund. We perform all refunds as soon as possible, and always within one business day. If you paid by credit card, we will electronically refund the money to your account. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail your refund in the form of a check.
Certificate Submitted Already: If we have already sent your certificate to the court, we cannot offer you a refund.
